So Reese had to stay in NICU for 5 days. It was 5 long, lonely days of trying to get this little girl to jump through all the hoops so she could come home. The kids could not see her at all. I had to feed her or pump every 3 hours. So a couple times I left the hospital to spend time with Kris and the kids. I even came home and made pie with Peyton. These 5 days were a roller coaster. We were given false hope of Reese coming home so many times. It was exhausting.
We finally got a picture of Daddy and his little girl.

So the nurses told me that she only slept a couple hours in a full 24 hours. I should have know then that sleeping was not going to be one of her strong suits!

Even though she was a big baby, newborn clothes were still huge on her
Every time I walked in to see her, I was over come with emotion. It was so hard to see her with all the wires and machines hooked up to her. She still looked like a healthy little baby!
