It's a BOY!!

When it was time for me to go in for my 16 week appointment, the Dr wanted to do an ultrasound to make sure things were on track. Knowing that there was a chance that I could find out what the sex of the baby was, I kept it a secret from Kris so I could possibly surprise him for once. Well everything checked out fine. Then the ultrasound tech said "Are you wanting to know what you're having?" Then I said "It's a boy!" She said "Yep and he's not being shy aboout it." Boys are proud to be boys from day one! There he was just like Blake with his legs wide open for anyone to see that he's definitly all BOY!!

My not so artistic abilities at carving "It's a Boy" in a pumpkin to surprise Kris

I realized I never have any pictures of myself. This one Peyton took on the front porch wtih Mr Scarecrow (19 weeks pregnant)

Our neice Lucy, calls a little boys privates his turkey. So, this is how we announced the news to the Kilpatricks at the annual pumpkin painting party

We told my family with a cute card my friend Angie made that said Happy Halloween from you 3 little spooks. Boo It's a Boy!! Oh yeah the little guy is due March 28!

The Pumpkin Patch

Every year in October we go to the Pumpkin patch to get pumpkins. This year the pumpkin patch we usually go to had a sign that read "Deer ate all the pumpkins, pumpkin patch closed!" We thought that was pretty funny, but managed to find another one near by

Fun at the Fire Station

For National fire safety week we took the kids to tour the fire station. Blake loved climbing up on the fire trucks and if we would have let him, he would've climbed to the top of the ladder that was up 10 stories high. Peyton liked Sparky the dog. He was teaching the kids about fire safety and cruisin' around in his little fire truck.

Cute Kids

Peyton and Blake light up our lives. Peyton is "Miss Independent" she has to walk to and from school(4 doors down) all by herself. She loves school, her teacher and all the new friends she is making. Blake is a 4 year old in a 19 months body. He thinks he can do whatever his sister does. Blake is really starting to talk. He says "dank chou" all the time and it is so dang cute!

This pretty much sums Blake up. So cute, but mischievous

Our First Nephew

While we were in Michigan, on August 15, our first nephew was born. Kris' sister Kori gave birth to an 8 pound 7 ounce little boy they named Joshua David.  Josh was blessed this weekend in Franklin, Idaho at the family farm.  We had fun hanging out with all the fam. It's so fun to see everyone up there.
