First Time to the Dentist

Blake had his first trip to the Dentist. He loved watching the TV on the ceiling and wearing the cool sunglasses. While mom was getting her teeth cleaned, Blake got soap all over their sink, washed the chairs with hand sanitizer, and tried to take x rays of Trey. Overall it was a great first trip to the Dentist. He really is a great little boy!

Lets Go Fly a Kite

For Easter, the kids got kites in their Easter baskets. It was a nice, but windy weekend, so we decided to go fly our kites. Peyton's was a Ariel one that sailed in the sky. Blake's Buzz Lightyear, kept wanting to make a crash landing

While Dad's at work, we.....

One morning, while dad was at work and Peyton was at school. I was doing laundry with my two helpers. After all the laundry was in, we decided to make a car out of the laundry basket. The boys were laughing so hard. I was cracking up right along with them because they were having so much fun. Did I mention what a work out it was..my legs were like jello after!

On your mark, get set....go!!
Trey clapping so I'd go again
Cute little terds!!

Aunt Kera went skiing with Mary and Brynn, so we got to have Lucy and Kelsey for the Day! It hadn't even been 30 minutes and Blake had all the girls watching Star wars and using Light sabers.

Easter

This Easter, we woke up to almost a foot of snow outside. Peyton came into our room first and was dying to go look for the eggs, but we told her to wait for Blake to wake up. A few minutes later, Blake walks into our room with a half eaten chocolate egg and a handful of candy and says "Mom I found some eggs!" He is such a funny kid. We looked for eggs, found our Easter baskets, ate yummy french toast that Dad made, watch conference, and talked to Uncle Patrick and Grandma on web cam.

Later we went over to Kacy and Kera's for dinner. We usually have an Easter egg hunt outside, but this year, due to the cold stuff outside, we had it in the basement. The kids didn't seem to mind!

Dyeing Easter Eggs

Friday, we got a fun Easter package on the front porch, it was a huge cookie from Papa Pat and Grandma Cary in Michigan. Blake thought it was so cool that they made us a cookie and sent it to our house! We decided to Dye Easter eggs that night. Peyton was getting really creative with her techniques. Blake liked mixing all the colors and dropping the eggs in the dye to make a splash. Trey kept crinkling the newspaper and laughing at Blake.

April Fools

This is no joke!! Blake is standing out in snow up to his knees on April 1st! We thought spring was on it's way, but apparently Mother Nature didn't get the memo. We had a fun day anyway. Peyton turned the clock back, told me there was a spider on my head at least 50 times and said she peed her pants, all followed by "APRIL FOOLS!" Kids are so funny at this age.
