Winter outings

Every year our neighborhood does a little get together to gather food for the homeless shelter. We all huddle around and drink hot chocolate and hang out. We love the meaning and enjoy being with our neighbors. So, baby Reese got to come just 8 days old. She was nice and cozy in her stroller. So fun to be a family to do meaningful things together.

Another one of our family traditions is going to the Polar express. We all load on a train (like on silver spoons) and go on a ride to Santa's work shop. I almost didn't make it this year because I was up with Reese all night and she was still screaming when we were trying to leave. Kris came home and got us all out the door. So grateful for him and for being the rock when things are a little crazy.
